SP5 - Sapa Hard trekking 3days/4nights (Option 3)
Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai- Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai- ban Ho- Nam Toong.
Night 1: Hanoi- Lao Cai
8:00 PM - Mini bus picks guests up from hotel and transfers to Tran Quy Cap train station.
9:00 PM - Train departs and overnight on train.Travel time approx 9 hrs.
Day 1: Sapa- Y Linh Ho- Lao Chai- Ta Van ( B, L, D)
6:00 AM - Arrive at Lao Cai station. Change to mini bus for transfer to Sapa hotel. Travel time approx 1 hrs.
7-8:00 AM - Breakfast and a shower in the hotel.
9:30 AM - Begin trekking from Sapa towards Muong Hoa valley where we can admire magnificent landscapes.
12:00 PM - Trek through Y Linh Ho village with Black H’mong tribe.
1:00 PM - Break for delicious lunch in the local house near by Muong Hoa stream where we can have a nice swim.
2:00 PM - Keep trekking through lush rice-terraces towards Lao Chai village to experience Black H’mong people’s daily life and traditional cuture.
3:30 PM - Arrive into Ta Van village inhabited by Zay minorities exhibiting strong Chinese culture where we have dinner cooked on a wood fire enjoying the company and hospitality of our Zay family and homestay overnight.
Day 2: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan - Ban Ho ( B,L,D)
8:00 AM - Breakfast at homestay.
9:00 AM - Trek through bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai waterfall, bridge and village inhabited by Red Zao minority for a short break to enjoy stunning view surrounding.
12.00 - Keep trekking into the village of the Red Zao minority.Continue trekking to Supan of Black H’mong people.
1:00 PM - Break for lunch.
2:00 PM - Continue trekking down to Ban Ho village with Tay tribes living on stilt houses in the bottom of the valley where we will stay overnight .Ban Ho village of Tay tribe appears with it's beauty in the valley. It gives us an opportunity to make scenic photographs. Keep going down to a waterfall called Lavie in which we can swim in it's fresh water.free time walk around the village to take the beautiful picture of the village before sunset .
6.30 pm having dinner with Tay family have a a chance to know the legend story of the village .
Day 3: Ban Ho- Nam toong- Sapa ( B,L,D)
8:00 AM - Breakfast at homestay. Explore their villages, go to Ban Ho School to see how the ethnic school and meet the children and chat with them
10:00 AM - Begin trek to the remote, village called Nam Toong, inhabited by Red Zao tribe, enjoy spectacular view surrounding.
12:30 - Return to Ban Ho for lunch.
1:30 PM - Keep trekking uphill to Ban Den village for bus pick up and transfer to Sapa.
3:00 PM - Free time in Sapa for shower and dinner.
5:30 PM - Bus transfer back to Lao Cai train station for the night train bank to Hanoi.
Night 4: Lao Cai- Hanoi
5:00 AM - Arrive at Tran Quy Cap Train Station.Tour ends.
